This Privacy Policy explains how Mecca LLC, doing business as Mecca Studios (“Mecca Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit themeccastudios.com (the “Site”), book a call with us, or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site or book a call through our scheduling tool, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• Your type of work, the city or area you serve, and your website or social media page
• Details about your business, how you currently get customers, and your marketing budget
• Any other information you include in your messages to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, the ad or link that brought you to the Site, and the date and time of your visit. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We use trusted companies that help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider, our scheduling tool (Calendly), our email, calendar, and video meeting providers (such as Google), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our advertising provider (Google Ads). • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. We add tracking tags to our ad links and save the source of your visit, such as Google or Facebook, with your form submission. Google may also use this information to show you our ads on other websites. You can control the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center.

Our scheduling tool, Calendly, may also set cookies when you use the booking calendar on the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet our legal, accounting, and business obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
